Control Interface is blank (Windows 10 - Fresh install)

Hey friends! I just installed NI Mate on Windows 10. At first, my mouse stopped working so I checked forums and installed the latest USBDK driver . That seemed to have fixed that problem.

NI Mate launches and everything looks good. My Kinect 2 lights up, it looks like it’s working…except the feed is totally blank. I’ve stopped and started the sensor, and the Kinect lights up, but the screen is black.

Also at the bottom, I get a “SPOUT ERROR Cannot create DirectX/OpenGL Interop”

Any tips for how I can get my Kinect to recognize.

Hello!

Your problem is caused by your GPU not supporting texture sharing across processes. Go in the Preferences -> General and disable “GPU Texture Transfer”. You can read more about this issue here: Why does GPU texture transfer not work on my computer?
