The log output says you're using a Kinect v2 and not v1. Could you confirm this?
There's also this line:
08:22:52: Input 1: Subroutine update timeouted after 3000 milliseconds.
Input 1: Usually this is a problem related to the USB device being
operated. Make sure the USB device is properly connected and you aren't
running out of USB bandwidth.
Is the Kinect v2 plugged into a USB3 port? The bandwidth requirements of the Kinect 2 sensors are rather immense, and anything else using that bandwidth is going to cause problems.
If the sensor stays up without shutting down with the timeout message and there's still no live feed output, go in the preferences -> General and disable GPU Texture Transfer, then restart NI mate. Does that help?
