I’ve recorded data with a kinect 360 with Z vector 1.13 on MacOS 10.11 El Capitan on a 15"MacBook Pro Mid 2015. For a show I’m having on friday december 14th and guess what? The rgbd files don’t read. They start and a few seconds after stop. The only way to access them again is to relaunch Z Vector.
I’ve tried on another license on Windows 10 and on another Mac with a trial version (v1.12) and I get the same.
I’ve done this many times and never came accross this. The files sizes are 800Mo to 1.4Go average and I can’t access the content.
Can anyone help? Most of my content was intend with Z vector.
By the way the kinect model used is the same I usually use with Ni-Mate : 1414
Could you include the log window contents? The error is likely shown there.

The sensor program is actually crashing when trying to play the RGBD file. Could you manually open the crash reporter in the Z Vector install directory, then browse to a crash for a program called “Z Vector Input” (or something similar). Make sure it’s the right crash report by keeping an eye on the date. Then send the crash report normally.
Hi, there are only 2 crash reports dated from March. No records from Yesterday!
The program actually keeps running but there’s no longer any control or access to the detph camera.
The only thing that works are the background textures.
I really needs these footage I can’t rent another studio and shoot with models
That’s unusual - the input programs are supposed to create a crash report when they crash. Could you upload one of the problematic clips somewhere for me to take a look at? I know it’s very large, but that’s the only way I can try to get an idea on what’s wrong with it and avoid this sort of issues in the future.
Hi I sent you a link by private message.
